    good video!!!!
As I am an Indian, I use most of these in my food in every meal. But what I would like to know is, how should the essential oils of these spices and herbs be "taken". Orally, inhaled or rubbed onto your skin?

I use eucalypsus as it thins mucous in the lungs when I breathe it in, helping to cough it away. I have asthma and it is good at reducing the number of asthma attacks. Good if I have a cold. These oils should be diluted before put onto skin, and burns need cooled before using any oil as oil traps in the heat.

I can’t use essential oils as they give me migraines that last for several days. I recently found that essential oils contain natural chemicals that are endocrine disrupters. I have been oestrogen dominant since puberty, was given a total hysterectomy for ovarian cysts and endometriosis and was put on oestrogen-only HRT. I am now using bio-identical progesterone and eliminating xenoestrogens as much as possible.
