    at 12:40 she says she likes a certain brand of enzymes. Can someone spell it for me? I have not been able to find a kind of enzyme supplement that works for me so I’d love to try this one.

    Can H Pylori reoccur after a round of antibiotics was supposed to knock it out, even after being tested for it again and test said negative? I’m tired of this heartburn / indigestion and was told by Chiropractor after a reflex deep breath test that it shouldn’t be my gallbladder or gallstone causing the problem. Or is it a digestive tract ulcer causing my heartburn, for example heartburn subsides, is not as tense, after I drink honey water! Please help thanks

    I’m three minutes in and she’s irritating me already. If you this if you that basically if you’re alive and breathing you get this. All of this YouTube channels talking about stuff like this seem to want to demonize all normal food. Don’t eat this don’t eat that, none of these you tubers have credibility. Hippies. Pushing veganism.

    I get so confused because for sibo so many ppl say avoid high FODMAPs and it’s impossible because broccoli, Cauliflower, asparagus, garlic are all high FODMAPs!

    Can someone give me the BEST thangs to use. I’m on 40mg of Famotidine (Pepcid AC) right now and have a doc apt a few days from now. But I really dont want to be put to sleep for an Endoscopy or have the hardcore Antibiotics. I absolutely HATE veggies and am a very picky eater. But I dont want my symptoms to get worse. So I guess I’ll suck it up. But can someone tell me some ways of doing this that doesn’t taste disgusting??? Would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

    I had H Pylori and pain on the right side of abdomen for 30 years . 3 months ago , I was diagnosed positive for H Pylori . I was treated with antibiotics ( amoxicillin, omeparazole and something else ) . Both pain disappeared . Have 2 questions :

    first was is my gallbladder or my liver that was hurting ? The abdominal pain was severe when eating hot peppers

    Second, is there any relation between the H Pylori and the abdominal pain ? Thank you .

    Hey i’m new here,like the video you make a lot of sence. I have the oil of Oregano and it burns! Even on the skin,2 to 3 drops of Oregano oil under the tongue seems dangerous for burning the mouth. Do you do this yourself? See ya

    Some of the food recommendations that you are giving are misleading or at the very least superficial. You are recommending foods in their general categories without being specific. Many fruits and vegetables are high in "FODMAPs" Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols which are exactly what feeds and aggravates conditions like "Sibo".

    such a great video!! So much valuable information. I have been suffering with gastrointestinal issues and skin problems and hair loss since I took a potent antibiotic and then after I had a severe food poisoning from meat (I tried paleo for a year and was the worst I have done in my life!!!). Since I went plant based a couple of years ago, it improved but I still have not cured completely. Hopefully this advice will help

    Hello! Great info! I have one question about diatomaceous earth: when I’ve taken it in the past, it felt very alkaline in my stomach. Would you say it’s important to follow up with something like Apple cider vinegar before eating a meal after taking?

    One thing Ive realized after watchting all these videos about killing H.pylori naturally is that you just need to eat vegitables for a long period of time/eat healthy till you heal.

    I have histamine intolerance, IBS-D and a hiatal hernia/GERD. I can’t have ACV or lemon due to high histamine. What do you suggest I take instead? Hydra HCL or no?

    Pay attention to your environment. Making a video in front of a bunch of stacked up boxes with a water bottle front and center is tacky. You are sending lots of messages, not just with your words.

    Drinking all that ACV & lemon juice would erode my enamel like crazy (sensitive teeth). What can we do to prevent this??
    I am aware of ACV pills.
