if i took a pound of COCA LEAVES and tinctured those leaves in 98% alcohol and gave you 1 drop of that tinctured alcohol under your tongue -you will feel it!
you will not only feel different but it might even make you feel great ,feel energetic ,and feel euphoric !
thats how they make crack cocaine !
they do just what i wrote except instead of using the liquid tinctured form ,they use a dry method.
so -what if we took that crack cocaine and crushed it up and put it into 8 oz of water.
would you take a teaspoon of this water?
    how’s about half a teaspoon?
    maybe 1/4th a teaspoon?
would you take 1/8 of a teaspoon of this crack cocaine water???
    im sure you WOULDN’T!!!
    and why?
because its crack cocaine ! and everybody knows that it highly addictive. and could mess you up mentally!
we know fully about the dangers of this drug and what it could do to a person!

so what if i took the crack COCA LEAVES tincture and dilute that ?
lets say i took 3 or 4 drops of tincture and introduce this into 1 oz of brandy?
this is how they make medicine in Columbia .
this is how they make medicine in places where they know the medicinal value of coca leaves !
sometimes it IS about dilution! sometimes it IS about the plant being used!

if i tinctured marijuana in a very high alcohol ,lets say 98-99% proof ,and used 1 or 2 drops of this tincture
it could be used a headaches, aches and pain, maybe even used for sleep or nausea.

    its not 100% !
but nothing in this world is 100%!
there is something here in homeopathy that needs to be looked at with respect and investigated as to what works and why?

If you take one part from 1x solution and add it to 9 parts water you will make 10x solution. If you take 1 part from 10X solution and add it to 9 parts water you now have 100x solution. 1 part from 100x + 9 parts water = 1000x, 1 part from 1000x + 9 parts water = 10 000x and so on. I can not believe
    Kurzgesagt made such a mistake.

  15. Ida Johannessen on April 19, 2019 at 6:16 pm

Isn’t this a pure waste of water, too? I read a book containing green baby tips, and it recommended homeopathy for upping milk production, a 30c, while asking the reader "do you need to boil a kettle full of water when making food"? After the next chapter recommended anti vax sources of information, let’s just say I’ll hand the book back to the library asap.

It’s amazing to see so much arrogance and smart ass attitude here. Why doesn’t the channel expose also the big fraud, corruption and lack of effective cure that conventional medicine is, which kills millions of people a year, either through wrong diagnosis, secondary effects and medical negligence? Is this channel being paid by REAL BIG PHARMA?

Funny that so many people blast homeopathy but yet it’s been scientifically proven. It has had great success with cancer and other life threatening disease. It’s even one of the staple treatments in India.

  25. Vaxaradox on April 19, 2019 at 6:26 pm

Of course, the empathy-side of homeopathy is important, but the placebo affect should never be a replacement for actual medicine when needed. Now homeopathy can be argued as a gateway to other bad things, e.g. mothers against vaccination for no good reason.

Essentially, ignorant persons favor "homeopathic" therapies for their daily aches and pains. As soon as an autoimmune disorder or, god forbid, cancer is found modern medicine has the best outcomes. Idk though, honey is probably better than most medicine. Dose me up Scotty lol

Don’t compare technology as modern system of treatment….you separate technological tests and instruments from modern system and compare effects of only chemical remedies with homoeopathy or Ayurveda or naturopathy….than you will conclude the same about allopathic drugs…a pure nuisance patented chemicals with more side effects..a licensed killer with powerful poisons protected by law….organised goons

  33. Olivia Quin on April 19, 2019 at 6:39 pm

I was once talking with my aunt who believes in homeopathy and when I kept putting her who energy argument down she said to me and I quote, "You can’t understand this because you’ve been raised in a scientific household." Which is so bullshit it still makes me laugh.

  34. Andrew Batts on April 19, 2019 at 6:41 pm

Herr Honaman’s intentions were pure. He wanted to minimize harm. I believe his theories were based on ignorance, not malice.

  35. Nickolai Gypsy on April 19, 2019 at 6:41 pm

i dont know about everybody else but i took homeopathy pills once and it worked for me very well!
as to whether it was psychosomatic or not ,i dont know -nor do i care! as long as it works im fine!

i also took flower remedy for sleep because i could not sleep well for a few days and when i went to sleep i woke up
feeling fine and my body felt great! i think i slept for 9 hours straight that one time.

i think we need to be open up to the possibility of different medicines and different ways of taking those medicine.
when the book "dracula" came out ,it was considered science fiction when the doctor used dead cadavers for his experiment.
now its common to use certain organs from dead people , and when dracula drank blood-= "virgin blood" -to stay alive that was nuts –
now flash forward into the future and we use blood from donors to stay alive .
so all im saying is be open minded to things that might not be popular.

In fact, homeopathic solutions contain hydric acid which can cure dehydration, thirst, hot body, dry skin,… This substance can also improve energy and performance. They can escort toxins out of our body, make our joints move easier and support digestion!

  41. m gee on April 19, 2019 at 6:47 pm

ive been cured by homeopathic medicine, i don’t care what people think
the thing is, it shouldn’t be used on super-severe acute illness such as cancer etc.
But don’t be so arrognt to pretend that modern medicine has all the answers either

seems like homeopathy doesn’t cause distrust with immunization – seems like they are similar, in terms of taking something ‘like’ and expecting a cure. without having a pro or con opinion of the effectiveness, the only results are correlative (remember – people are healing machines – they heal anyway)

The West is stupid. The Alternative treatments from the East were ment to help you with good behavior patterns that are approved by doctors. But the West took these ideas(yoga, chakars, etc.) and spun them around! The things that were good in them are lost! Like people! This is from like 3000 years ago! It should not replace modern medicine!
