Can you "overdose" on oils? Are there different guidelines to follow for using them on babies? Are there certain oils that you shouldn’t use on babies?

YES!! I’m so happy you got into Young Living!! I’ve been commenting and praying that for you guys for a few years now as I’ve seen some of the different posts and blogs you’ve put out about different health or emotional struggles because I knew they’d be great for ya’ll! Thanks for sharing!!

Would love to see a “oils you use in a day” and favourite oils for MacKenlee

Thieves is amazing!!! I also apply it to the bottom of my feet when I feel like I’m getting sick and the next day I feel SO much better! Stress away really helped me this last semester of college. I’m a full time teacher and was enrolled in 24 units of classes!

Would love to see your favorite oils and how to dilute them…when I began that was the most confusing part.

Skin with scares or acne. Also any oils used with being sick I recently had someone give me peppermint and that worked better than day quill. I was looking into and wanted to hear more thoughts on the oils.

The oils are crazy overpriced. So many brands that are not mlm. Also non-trained reps telling people to ingest oils is so wrong.

I love that your promoting oils! Everyone should be using young living oils! Life changers. Digize is such an intense smell haha that i use the kid version tummy gize and add a roller top to it. It’s awesome for upset tummy, bloating, cramps, etc!

Angela, I am a huge fan of the podcast and your channel, so what I am about to say, I say in love and not as a hater.
I got on the oil band wagon about two years ago but then I got really frustrated with all the uneducated posts about oils. For instance many oils are considered “hot” and should not be put directly on skin. Also there is not enough research about effects of and proper use of oils for babies and children and that is something I would never, ever mess with. I am a Christian too so I believe everything we have on this earth can be used and steward well for our bodies and family but I don’t ever want to ill advise someone about using oils, especially on an infant when we don’t know the long term effects.
Again, I am saying this out of concern and love. I am not at all hating. I just think we have to do our research and make the best decisions. When you have a platform where hundreds and thousands of people are going to listen to what you are doing, please be careful about what you suggest.
All the best to you and your sweet family (:

I was told it’s best to use distilled water in your diffusers.

Love love YL…used it for 4 years now..our golden retriever had cancer on his spleen. I used copaiba, frankincense topically, lemon in his water …and he lived 14 months from the weekend our vet said he would live very long….

I just started using oils about 2 weeks ago from listening to you talk about them. My son had a bad cold which my husband started first. My son is 26 and just found his first job after graduating college. He is saving money so that he can find his own apartment. Anyway we went to a natural food store looking for oils and asking a lot of questions and came home with eucalyptus oil and peppermint and they really helped him breathe again. I also bought 2 diffusers .

Do you mind elaborating on how much of each oil goes into the muscle rub roller you were talking about. Do you add coconut oil or is it just peppermint, stress away and panaway alone?

  25. Gwen Frazier on April 19, 2019 at 6:26 pm

I would love to see a video on your favorite oils and what to do with them!

  26. C Brown on April 19, 2019 at 6:30 pm

Young Living is hands down the best out there….not all oils are created equal and Young Living’s Lavender is the best!

  27. -- on April 19, 2019 at 6:33 pm

    So do these actually work?
I’ve watched tons of Anti-MLMS and all of them are about essential oils and how they are a scam. I’ve seen people say the oils cure autism and cancer (Ik it’s not true). Just asking because I’m really curious

Essential oils rule number one: Never buy or promote Young Living

  29. Cindy on April 19, 2019 at 6:34 pm

Please use distilled water in your diffuser! The mineral deposits in water will ruin your diffuser.

Do you even know what the founder of young living has done? Yeah idk just killed his own baby, what a good cult to support! Its scary to see that you cant think for yourself

You said you were going to talk about Frankincense but you didn’t. I enjoyed hearing what you did say.

classic mlm scam…….if you want essential oils time labs is a wholesaler or local heathfood store……almost every one has a warning label….these things can be very dangerous

My mom loves essential oils and chemical free living so much! She has switched our laundry detergent, toothpaste, deodorant, even her makeup out for all natural products! Do you ever plan on going all natural? If so, that would be cool to see!

Essential oils can be really handy to make you feel better, but don’t expect it to cure cancer or replace vaccines!

  37. Veronica D on April 19, 2019 at 6:43 pm

I loved the video so love essential oils. I use a diffuser with lavender. I looked at the YL site as a customer member but don’t know what the cost is for a year. Because I like the starter set?
The muscle rub and theives stood out the most.

  38. Alyssa Teague on April 19, 2019 at 6:44 pm

    Love this!!

  39. Mandy Hasselbeck on April 19, 2019 at 6:45 pm

I also use YL oils and am always looking for ways to use them more. I have a 5 month old little girl and I’d love to hear how you use them with your little one.
