You need to create your own meals based on these principles to allow the ecology to let your good bacteria continue to grow and flourish for a lifetime! These principles only apply to real humans that came from the ground and NOT evolution nonsense science!

    The Ecology Meal Plan

    Mango Fruit Colostrum Fruit Smoothies
    * Use Frozen mangos with 1 cup of grassfed milk, and 2 TBLS of Anovite Colostrum. Use a Nutribullet, and blend all of this together and consume. Mango fruit smoothies and banannas your only fruit source until we can get the ecology under control. The fruit smoothie can be consumed alone, or with your meals

    Consume 1-3 Ginger Kombuchas drinks per day with or without meals.

    * Crockpot Meals With Beef Ribs, Chicken, Or Steaks
    In a large crock pot add 3 cups of brown rice, or black rice, your choice of meat, turmeric, cayenne pepper, oregano, and Italian seasonings. Add to the Crockpot your choice of green leafy vegetables in small amounts, chopped onions in small amounts, chopped garlic in small amounts, chopped green peppers in large amounts, chopped sweet peppers, in large amounts, and chopped cucumbers in large amounts, 5 TBLS of Colostrum, add 2 cups of purified water, 2 TBLS of Braggs Apple cider vinegar, cover with the lid, and cook on LOW heat for 8 hours. After the food is done cooking put everything in a large container with a lid, leave the container on the counter top to cool down completely before putting it into the refrigerator. You can began to eat once it’s done. To heat the food each day simply add your desirable amount to a nonstick pot and heat on the stove. This entire crockpot meal should be consumed within 3 to 5 days. You can repeat this meal anytime you like. Kumbuchas, kefirs, Lacto fermented foos and paleo diet are all good. To feed the ecology people you want to take colostrums and probiotics with all your meals and drinks!

    Daily Water Intake
    *In a 60 ounce container of purified water mix 3 TBLS of your Colostrum power, 2 TBLS of raw honey, 1 packet of Renew Life 200 billion probiotic. Shake, or blend the mixture, and drink this water throughout the day. Make it daily, and keep your urine clear. After you have consumed your daily water for the rest of the day consume bottles of Zico Coconut water NOT from concentrate blended with Anovite Colostrum. Coconut water is really the real water we are suppose to be consuming as humans! It is identical to human blood plasma, so start replacing all bottled water with coconut water. In a 60 ounce of Zico Coconut water add 3 TBLS of Colostrum Powder, shake until the Colostrum dissolve.

    *Consume 6 tbs of Bovine Colostrum with Coconut Water nightly. You can mix the colstrum and probiotics and put them in vegetarian capsules to take on the road with you!

    The Jackson Therapy Aggressive Coffee Enema Procedure. Please Follow All Directions.

    6am: Drink 4 cups of your colostrum drinking water outline in my protocol you purchased. Drink all of the 4 cups of Colostrum water at one time without rushing, then start the coffee enema, and make sure you have released some of the coffee out of the enema bag so their is no trapped air in the lines like the video explained. Then lube the tip with vaseline, lay on your right side, knees tucked into your stomach in a relaxed way. Make yourself comfortable on the floor, tub, or shower. Once you have all the coffee in your body close the clamp on the bag, so the coffee can’t come back into the bag.After 13 to 15 minutes eliminate in the toilet, clean your bag, clean yourself, and head to the kitchen. Drink 32 ounces of pulp free orange juice mixed with your 2 TBLS of Colostrum (blend together) Wait 30 minutes and drink 4 cups of your colostrum water again to get ready for the next coffee enema. You need to base your next coffee enema on the time you stopped the first one. So if you ended the first coffee enema at 630am then you start the second insertion at 730am.This gives you enough time to prepare yourself for the next one without rushing.Note: You are taking down 32 ounces of orange juice blended with 2 TBLS of Colostrum (blended together) for the first 3 enemas! The juice is consumed after a successful 13-15 minute coffee enema.

    Directions for the last "4th" coffee enema of the day ONLY.

    On the last 4th coffee enema instead of drinking a 32 ounce glass of orange juice have a fruit mango smoothie with 4 bananas, 2 TBLS of colostrum. 1/2 cup of grass-fed milk, blend, and consume. Coffee enemas requires a high potassium diet, so please follow all my directions to prevent injury. You can now start your meals in the program, and drink the remaining of your colostrum water. You must stay hydrated when doing coffee enemas!

    Note: Only 2 bananas once per day are allowed in a fruit smoothie when you are NOT doing coffee enemas, and only 4 bananas are ALLOWED once per day when you are doing 4 coffee enemas for that day. After the coffee enemas go into my meal plans on the protocol, or create your own using the Colostrum powder. Store the left over coffee in the refrigerator after it has cooled down to be used the next day. You would heat up 2 cups of the coffee on the stove, and then add 2 cups of cool water to make it warm to perform each enema until 4 coffee enemas have been done for that day. Cold coffee enemas are not allowed. After all enemas have been done correctly then you go right into eating the meals on the program. The only time you are not eating solid food is when you are doing the coffee enemas. When all the coffee you made has been consumed from doing the coffee enemas simply make another batch of 12 cups from the direction above, and keep the process going until all foulness has left your body. When you stop smelling foul odors over the coffee odors you are getting well! Note: Failure to drink the requirements after doing these coffee enemas will lead to a COMA over time from Electrolyte Deficiency!!! This is NOT your time to experiment with anything!
