On my essential oil collection: I started with a beginner’s kit of 6 essential oils. Then I started researching MUJI essential oil blends and bought the ingredients in those blends from Amazon (thrifty ol’ me… lol). Start with the most common/versatile oils and then explore new ones you think you’d like!

// my essential oil collection – I’ve starred my favorites (*)
● Lavender*
● Eucalyptus*
● Tea Tree
● Lemon*
● Sweet Orange
● Lemongrass
● Peppermint
● Rosemary*
● Grapefruit*
● Rosewood*
● Frankincense*
● Geranium
● Cypress

NOTE: Certain essential oils are not safe if you have dogs, cats, other pets or small children. Always do your research on the specific essential oil you are looking to use! Also, always buy high quality, therapeutic grade essential oils. You don’t want to cheap out on them!

Here’s a tip that helped me so much. Put a drop of pepermint oil to your temple and gently massage when having headaches. It really helped me and my husband with sinus pains and its a natural headache remedy. Just make sure to wash your hands after so you dont accidently touch your eyes

Wonderful video! I just got some of those wool dryer balls in the mail today from Amazon, I can’t wait to start using them! Am I supposed to use three at one time with the drops of essential oils on each one, or is it okay to use only one? Thanks so much!

Please don’t take this as negativity, this is just my thought on your recent videos. I really feel like you don’t actually practice or have much knowledge about the things you talk about in your videos. It really feels like you just sort of jump on the bandwagon of anything to do with mindfulness, spirituality etc. I especially felt this in your Ayurveda video, which brought nothing at all new to attention and countless videos have been made on the exact same tips before. I really wonder how many of those practices you genuinely do yourself regularly. I appreciate short videos, but your one or 2 sentences on each point really shows the basic, generic knowledge you have of these practices. I understand the video was probably for people who were not at all familiar with Ayurveda, but the habits you listed were all very generic. I also feel this way about your ‘raising your vibration’ video, where you openly stated that one of the practices (crystals) were something you knew nothing about and that they’re ‘something to look into’. I feel like if you don’t know it or don’t practice it yourself, why would you talk about it in your video? I’m sorry, I feel like you’re just saying things for the sake of making content, and not actually talking about things you know about. I started watching your videos because of the wonderful productivity content you made, where I could tell that you’d done lots of research on the topics you were talking about. Now, I feel like you just make generic videos about spiritual practices because you know that people are starting to open up to it. Even in this video, there were LOTS of things you failed to mention, such as the risk to pets! Obviously it is everyone’s responsibility to do their own research and you can’t mention everything in your videos, but I feel like something like that is a massive point to miss in a video like this. I hope you see where I am coming from and take my points on board! 🙂

This was really nice and very inspiring but I wanted to add some warning because certain uses of essential oil are harmful to pregnant woman and, as good as they are in a diffuser they shouldn’t be ingested either 🙂

    Have a nice day 🙂 !
Thank you for always sharing so much love with us !

love this video, very well thought out. Andddd you’re so right. There is SO much more you can do with essential oils

  32. Fashion AgeWise on April 19, 2019 at 6:47 pm

If you want to apply essential oil directly to the skin. You have to mix it will with a carrier oil( ex: almond oil or coconut oil) If you don’t dilute it, it’s can be toxic for the skin. The essential oils video was a good idea. Apparently tea tree oil treats acne scarring. I Just started being creative with my ideas by regularly setting a routine by writing a post.It really helps me feel relaxed.

  37. Mina Hellfire on April 19, 2019 at 6:54 pm

great ways to use essential oils – i will try some of these! another to use it: when i’m getting a cold and i can’t breathe through my nose during the night, i put a few drops on my pillow or my sleep shirt. after one or two nights i can breathe better during the night and of course sleep better then.
